Aqualine is a range of high quality bituminous corrugated sheets manufactured using the latest production techniques.

Multi Layer Construction
Aqualine sheets are composed of a homogeneous mixture of organic and inorganic fibres and have multi-layer construction which is extremely compressed to create an unbeatable internal cohesion. The fibres are positioned parallel with the direction of the sheet, increasing its rigidity, while maintaining flexibility to ensure ease of installation. The multi-layer construction also ensures excellent shock-resistance and flexibility under strain.

Optimal mechanical performance
Aqualine's very high load-bearing capacity is obtained by its steep corrugation angle (40º). This combined with the multi layer structure, increases the sheet's hardness.

Unique Through Aesthetics

Vacuum impregnation
Vacuum impregnation in an air-free bitumen kettle guarantees a completely homogeneous impregnation, and excludes the possibility of moisture ingress. Aqualine sheets contain more bitumen, completely eliminating moisture absorption. Furthermore, vacuum impregnation is carried out at low temperatures, helping to prevent thermal shocks.

High-value, attractive coated finish
The surface finish of aqualine sheets has a high-value acrylate coating increasing the life-expectancy by giving extra protection against UV and ingress of wind and rain.

Self-cleaning surface profile
Aqualine has a smooth surface structure which is achieved by its slightly impressed profile and coating finish. Atmospheric pollution is quickly removed by percipitation.
