As you may already know the ‘Fix That Hut’ campaign provides roofing and waterproofing materials free-of-charge to worthy projects. The campaign has been running since 2006, when we pledged materials to help the Antarctic Heritage Trust restore Captain Scott’s Hut. Ruberoid materials were used in the original construction of the hut in 1911.
Since the start of the campaign we have already helped many projects throughout the country. Most recently IKO PLC donated free of charge single ply roofing membrane which helped the BBC's DIY SOS - The Big Build programme take on its biggest project to date, transforming a dilapidated youth centre in Liverpool for 'Children in Need'.
